在我国，四辊卷板机的结构型式普遍为四辊式，上辊为主传动，经过减速机的输出齿轮与上辊齿轮啮合，为卷制板材供给扭矩；下辊作笔直升降运动，经过液压缸内的液压油作用于活塞而获得，以便夹紧板材，为液压传动；在下辊的两边设有侧辊并沿着机架导轨作倾运动，经过丝杆丝母蜗轮蜗杆传动；该机优点是板材端部预弯及卷圆能够在同一台设备上进行。

1、全液压驱动，高效节能（驱动功率相当于传统的60%）；

2、夹持压力可调（不存在打滑，生产率比三辊卷板机高出50%-80%）；
