当下辊夹紧板材三辊卷板机开端任务时

三辊卷板机的机架为铸件,机架中上辊与下辊以及上辊与侧辊之间的衔接局部厚度很小,辊子与轴承座之间采用的是铜套作爲滑动轴承。另外三辊卷板机又由于轴承座在卷制板材时辊子的非接触侧承载,轴承座设计如图中所示。所以在卷制板材时辊子之间可以完成零间隔接触,可以卷制工件的最小筒径尺寸很小。该机在最大规格时可以卷制的最小筒径为1300mm,而国际相反规格三辊三辊卷板机远远达不到这一尺寸。三辊卷板机下辊是由装在辊子轴承座上面的斜体往复挪动来控制。

当下辊夹紧板材三辊卷板机开端任务时,在下辊挪动驱动力不大的状况下,此时下辊可以接受宏大的压力。该机的斜体可以将下辊所受的载荷无效地传到空中上。此时斜体具有自然的自锁功用并可以坚持足够的夹紧力直至工序的完成。又由于辊子与轴承之间采用的是铜套滑动轴承衔接,辊子的承载局部可以设计的绝对较大辊子的任务局部直径为1168mm,两端的承载局部为883mm和922mm,与辊子的任务局部相差不多。所以该三辊卷板机的承载才能强,可以卷制板材的最大厚度为 220mm。
